When the new Ram truck was introduced in 2002, it was re-christened with the DR designation, regardless of body type. Around 2005 things started to get confusing. Here is the all of them.

DR- Ram 1500- 2002-2005, Ram 2500/3500- 2003-2004
DH- Ram 2500/3500/Power Wagon- 2005
