i need an exhaust any help?

i want a performance exhaust system for my 01' ram 1500 4x4 i want something tone. and a lil loud but nt ignorantly loud.

any suggestions??

my brother had (wrecked it and moved on to an 08 hemi) the exact same truck that you just got....he had flowmaster 40 series coming straight out the back...sounds kind of traditional, but it was loud with a good, deep tone.

I wanted true duals on my 97 and running true duals out the back is difficult because of the gas tank. I decided to go out the side, the passengers side, right in front of the rear wheel. The frame sweeps up just behind the cab allowing a nice place for the exhuast to exit past the frame.. I used the original 2 1/4 inch pipe crossover cutting both pipes off just before the cat.. I then spliced 2 cats, 2 cherry bombs and 2 45 degree pipes in using the original cross over pipe which is now split into left and right.
The sound is great and if the passengers window is closed you are shielded from the noise.
My mileage actually jumped about 1 mpg to boot.
