re- 2003 2500 diesel. When running my a/c the passenger side is not as cold and does not have as much flow as the driver side. Is this a vent issue? If anyone has had this problem or any in-put I would appreciate it

Single zone or dual zone???

good call! It's a single zone system, I might add that some times as I am driving it seems that something in the system changes and the air flow thru the vents seems restricted.
(for no apparent reason)

Is it possible a small mouse/ rodent has made a nest in the passenger side? Can you remove the dash or a panel to access the blower hose and inspect it. I had a Mazda once that leaves got in to the blower motor and would make a loud noise at the slower speeds. Good luck, anyway.

Could be a temp blend door issue. I had one where the blend doors were flexing and caused reduced cooling on one side.

Thanks for the input guys. Some one also told me they had a problem simular to this(07ram1500) and took it to a dealer where they found a problem with the vacume lines that run the heating/ac system. I may also take mine to the shop and let the pro's check it out.

Gen 3 and newer trucks don't have vacuum operated mode or blend doors. All electronic.

Interesting! I'll have to check the story when I see that guy again. Perhaps he was talking about an older model??
