From our Rules & Guidelines (http://www.ramtruckforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37)
Our forum is considered to be a "self policed" forum. That is to say, our staff is instructed to only moderate when required and react to issues, rather than seek them out. In exchange for this light handed approach, we need to trust our members to govern themselves, and use the "Report Post" feature when they find something that violates our rules or general "family friendly" environment. Here's where to find that feature

Your screen will probably look a little different in terms of the available options. But everyone should have that icon with three little hearts arranged in a triangle pattern, in the upper right of every post (I dunno why its hearts... maybe cause you're showing a lil love to the poster? ;)
Clicking that will bring up a screen similar to this:

Fill it out, click Send Report and that's it!
What you've just done is alert the RTF staff to a post you feel requires our attention. Use it any time you have an issue with a post. Maybe you find a rule has been broken or a guideline not followed, or maybe you want to alert us to positive things you think we should know about. Reporting a post is the single best way to ensure the entire RTF staff sees what you think we should see.
You have our promise we will address that post and 'make the call'. But what does that mean? In most cases, it means dealing with the post in some way. If we determine the post does need attention, we'll almost always make some sort of note in the thread indicating what we're doing/have done. On the rare occasion you report something and see no action, take that as our 'call'. It could be we didn't agree with you or that we didn't find a need to do anything.
So to put it simply, here's the bottom line: if you find something, report it. Sometimes we'll agree with you and handle it. Sometime we wont agree with you and nothing will get done. But always, reporting a post guarantees that we'll see it and therefore handle it one way or another.
