It is built to withstand up to up to 500-850hp on muscle. It has many of the same design features of our Bullet Race Series torque converters with the ability to drive them on the street. When you want to burn your tires and blow your competition away this is the only converter to have in your car!
Bullet Race
This torque converter is nothing but the best and has been track tested and proven by some of the biggest names in racing today. Each converter is custom built to exact vehicle specifications. Nothing is more demanding on a torque converter than a heavy, high-horsepower race car. Many of the champions shown above exceed 3200 pounds and produce more than 2,500hp. Even under these conditions, racers record 98% converter coupling efficiency on their data acquisition, enabling astounding 220 +mph.
ProDiesel
ProTorque has the ultimate torque converter upgrade for diesels. Factory torque converters typically stall well above the engine’s torque peak turning usable power into transmission heat. ProTorque lowers the converter stall speed to take advantage of your engine’s peak torque which results in increased towing ability, better fuel economy, reduced transmission temperatures and better power and acceleration throughout the power band. With features like billet front covers and custom designed stators this is the only converter to have in your hi powered Diesel Truck. Single and mulitclutch applications available.
