2009 dodge ram rear suspension

Ok people I need help I have a 2009 dodge ram slt with a hemi and when I hook up my camper it drags my rear end down so much. The camper is a 26 foot travel trailer. My 07 ram hardly moved and I bought an 09 ram thinking it would be better but I was wrong, I have about an inch gap between my tire and wheelwell. I even put the stablizer bars on higher chains and still sags. Just wondering what I could put or do to the suspension in the rear, any comments will help thanks..

The 2009 and up have coil suspension. I would assume you would need to put a better shock system to handle that tongue weight. A 26 foot trailer must weigh more than a 1/4 ton.

Air shocks, better shocks?
