I got another question for you guys. My passenger window has been goofy since I have bought the truck. The window will always work if you use the switch on the drivers side, but if you use the switch on the passenger side, sometimes it works, sometimes it don't. I bought a new switch from the dealer and it did not change anything. I took the door cover off to see if I can see any loose wires but everything seems ok. Does anyone have any clues on what is going on?

do you have the passenger window kill switch on drivers side? if so that switch may be bad.

Are you sure?? he is asking if you have a window lock button on the drivers side. that is usually the problem, there are technical threads that describe how to repair it if you're good with electronics and a solder iron. If not I recommend just buying a new Drivers side switch assembly and you should be good to go.
(worked on mine anyway)

I have no window kill switch. It is only a two door. The pass window works fine from the drivers side but only works sometimes form the pass side. And yes I have replaced the switch. Thanks

You need to remove the door panels, but leave the switches plugged in. The wiring diagram shows you have a lockout switch on the Driver's door switch (Yes, I did look up the correct diagram). Using a test light clipped to ground, with the key turned on check for power on the OR/LB wire to the passenger switch. If the test light doesn't light, go back to the driver's side and make sure the lockout switch isn't on. If it wasn't on, turn the lockout on and off and repeat the test at the passenger switch. Still no power, go back to the driver's switch and check for power on the OR/LB wire on that switch. No power, Driver's Door Module (Driver's/Master Switch). If there is power on the OR/LB wire at the driver's switch but not at the passenger switch then you have a wiring problem. Pull back the Driver's Door harness boot in the door jamb and look for broken wires.
Now, if you have power at the passenger switch on the OR/LB wire then you need to check other circuits. Start with the lockout switch circuits.

Thank you so much for your help. Hopefully I will have time this weekend to look into more. One thing I just don't understand is that you guys say I have a lockout switch. The only switches I have is a drivers window, pass window, a DOOR lock and the switches for my mirrors.

I had the wrong year for the diagram, so the wire colors are different. I thought there was a lockout on Regular cab trucks, but apparently not, BUT, there is circuitry in the switch that splits the power off to the R. side switch. Test the circuit the exact same way as I outlined.
Hi new poster here but I have the same problem with my 03 regular cab 1500 hemi. I have already replaced a switch on my own then had it in to a dealer to fix some other things and they also replaced the switch I replaced and that didn't help either time.
