Hmmm... At another board where I lurk, the Corvette forum which is for my summertime ride, the folks over there wouldn't use a commercial car wash under any conditions. They complain about how all these places recycle water and really don't do any adequate filtering between uses.
Based on those comments, I bought a small pressure washer and a case of cleaner. Sure your area looks like mine (snow, salt, etc.), but do you have a nice heated place to clean it in the winter. I bring mine inside my heated office loading zone and regularly bathe it. After 5 years and 95K miles it still looks pretty much like new.

Car washes and their quality of service range all over the board. Its hard to say "stay away" as a general rule since there are many out there that simply do excellent work. On the other hand there are many that don't.
Sounds like you've been to this place before and like the job they do for you... so to answer your question, given the pic in your sig and the assumption you deal with snow and salt regularly, I'd go for the middle package @ $449. My thinking is if you wash regularly, you'll benefit from the undercarriage wash but you really wont benefit from the rust inhibitor and polish. On the other hand, if you don't plan to wax it yourself a couple times a year, maybe the $50 is worth the polish.
My 2cents anyhow.

Around here they whack you $10 for the deluxe service, so if you used it once a week it would make sense. You live in the rust belt/salt belt, so the rust inhibitor and bottom blast gets my vote. My Ram does not fit every carwash either, to porky, no wonder it fits my arse so well!

Wash it yourself and take pride in your work.

Another thing to think about it make sure they are open all year around in your case, other wise it wouldn't be worth it to me. But I would get the supreme

I would have to say that the Delux wash is probably a good deal. Because of where you live and all the road salt that way you can easily quickly keep it cleaned off under there.Be sure that they are open year round first though.
