I changed my plugs and wires about a month ago and I have gained a mpg or two. If I'm staying on the freeway I can get 19-20 mpg.

The 03 with a 4.7 would get 15 or so on the highway. The 08 Hemi quad that I currently have gets about the same and cruises more effortless on the highway. True test will be the 4th of july weekend when a road trip to Tennessee is planned.

Just returned from a 940 mile fuel milage run and am very happy with the results. I had a low of 16.2 and the high was 17.6 running 75-82 on the interstate. Not great by economy car stats, but I was more than happy.
